Dear Sir /Mam,
I ordered a TV unit online on 20th Dec 2016 ( Order No-NSF[protected], which was delivered on 24 th Dec 2016. As we open the wrapping as it was preinstalled, we found edge damage, which was fresh . we immediately took picture and put up complain .
we could provide all evidence if required. they assure us to send a specially designed kit to repair and also a carpenter once kit arrived . after many follow ups and warning to go to forum they send third party agent on 10 th feb 2017 to repair but the kit never arrived .Agent said it cannot be repaired n need to be replaced and called insaraf in front o[censored]s. since that day I am calling them till today all they say we will replace but have to discuss with senior, they don't let us talk to senior or they repeat the things or the guy on phone would say I am new, I don't know anything I will talk to senior. its really frustrating as they don't wanna give back money either. please help and teach them good lesson as if you see their fb page its full of same complains. people regretting doing any purchase from them.
