I received side Board in damaged condition and carpenter send for rectification.
After 06 months, cracking observed in side Board door and also metal handle corrosion observed.
They sent technician for inspection of side Board.
After raising complaint (Complain no: 186802), they have responded with the replacement of order before Diwali 2021, but now mailing several times no response received from Saraf team.
I have purchased near to 200, 000 rupees items from Saraf and i am disappointed with customer care service.
Now I am going for legal action against Saraf team. Will logged official police complaint and notice to company if issue not resolved.
