Order was placed on 26 september 2017. On 11 october, someone else's order was delivered to me. When i contacted saraf to complain, the correct order was delivered on 19th october. When opened, i realised that the wood was damaged (As per photographs attached). Since then, i have contacted saraf at least 7 times - by call and by email. Initially, they tried to get the item fixed. However, it took several reminders from me for them to send a carpenter. Ultimately, 3 different carpenters were sent - all of whom informed me and the company, that the table was damaged beyond repair and that saraf should exchange it, or provide refund. However, the company has since then, stopped responding to my calls or emails. On 23 november, i even wrote to them telling them that i would be forced to file a consumer complaint, if i did not hear back from them. This email was also ignored.
