Dear sir/madam,
Subject:- order no #insf[protected] damaged study table delivered and no replacement for 2 month and also refusal to refund of money as we are not happy with product and service.
We had purchase study table on 20th june and it was delivered after one month that is on 21st july. We had asked for refund as they have no replaced the product for another 2 months. Due to immense delay we purchase another study table and we asked for refund of money which in saraf people said that they cannot do so because of their own company policy.
We have made several call to [protected]
It very bad customer service, and no refund of money as the product is also not of solid wood as it is claimed to be.
Hence want refund rather than replacement of the product.
