I purchased a double bed and 2 bedside tables from the Insaraf team and within few days of the delivery, I started seeing holes due to termites in one of the bedside tables. I instantly raised a complaint and they agreed to a replacement of the bedside table. Soon the same happened to the other bedside table as well.
I fear the same will happen to the bed and I was planning to ship the furniture to the Netherlands. I can't risk damaging my other furniture as the bed might also have termites as it was delivered together with the bedside tables. The company has been non-responsive and the call center reps (Shantanu and Abhinav) kept giving scripted responses that I will get the resolution the same evening over email but it's been thrice that I have got no email from them solving my issue.
The email response from Mr. Vikas P has been the same for over a month and I still haven't got any replacement from them. My travel date is coming close and I need to ship the items as soon as possible but the Saraf team is not helping with the same.
