Hi Team, I have ordered wooden cot with insaraf on 27th Nov and i was informed that cot will be shipped within 11 days from the payment; however in the email I have received that the cot will be shipped by 27th Dec 2020; But now I dont see any update on shipment and there is no appropriate response from insaraf customer service as well. Received the furniture today after 4 weeks of continuous struggle and followup..

However their delivery team was so poor by not installing the wooden cot and they left the cot abruptly in car parking..

Spent additional 1500 to fix this cot..

Calling to insaraf ppl.. But they disconnect
