Saraswat Bank — Money debited from account but no withdraw

On 27th of april I have done transction from ATM machine 3 where fail but I got the msg of amount debited from my account in which 4000 rs transction was credited to my account in 5 min but the amount of 8000 and 2500 rs which was not withdraw is still pending to get credited as told by my brance in Bandra east not getting any response from ur side.
If not get clear I am having the video proof which I will post on social media by which people will come to know about ur services how well u all work and give respect to the customer.all urs helpline is down not getting any help from ur side
