Dear Saraswat Bank Team,
My name is Shubham Satish Patil, and I have been a loyal customer of Saraswat Bank, Aurangabad CIDCO branch, for the past 6-7 years. I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my account, which has been frozen due to KYC requirements.
I had sent all the necessary KYC documents via Speed Post to the branch on 21st April 2025, and according to tracking information, the documents were delivered and received by the bank on 23rd April 2025. However, as of today, my KYC update has still not been processed, and my account remains frozen.
Additionally, I have tried to contact the branch multiple times, but the branch phone number is consistently not reachable. I also contacted the customer care helpline, but they advised me to visit the branch in person. This is highly inconvenient, as I currently reside approximately 300 kilometers away from the branch.
Given that all necessary documents have already been submitted and received, I kindly request the immediate processing of my KYC update and the activation of my account.
Request Summary:
Expedite the KYC update process.
Unfreeze my account at the earliest.
Improve communication channels for remote customers.
This delay is causing me significant inconvenience, and I expect a prompt resolution.
Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide an update at the earliest.
