Saravana Stores — Defect in goods and deficiency in service | |||
I have purchased some furniture and blue star water dispenser on[protected], during deliver i was not provided the bill for water dispenser and furniture, but got the bills for half of the other materials, now the water dispenser is not working and i am unable to claim the warranty which will expire in august 2020, we have approached the store several times but were not treated properly and not provided with the bill and they are replying that the authorized signatory is not available. This is an unfair trade practice by a reputed trader . This put me in to great depression and mental agony.I WILL BE FORCED TO APPROACH THE CONSUMER FORUM FOR DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE AND CLAIM REPLACEMENT OF NEW DISPENSER WITH AN EXTENDED WARRENTY, BESIDES DAMAGES, DIRECT, INDIRECT AND CONSEQUENCES.
