Sare Homes — Very poor quality of construction and services

I am resident of Crescent Parc Royal greens 2 SARE HOMES, sec 92 Gurgaon.
There is no power supply from last 8 days and there is an intentional delay due to high charges of power back up by SARE.

No permanent arrangement of water supply, electricity, sewerage, security and very poor construction quality.
The builder has not yet given the VAT back to us which was charged from residents but not submitted to the authorities.

Very poor maintenance too.
