I have bought a Dell Inspiron 5555(AMD A10 Model having 8gb ram, 6gb graphics) laptop, the Sargam Electronics Nehru Place dealer promised me that I will get a printer with that by dell(home delivery) when I came back home there was no such offer, then I have contacted them right then and told them about this, dealer told me that he will provide the printer(just doing fake promises).

I have got some issues with performance of this laptop I notify him regarding this too, then he told me to contact once with dell and do window update if problem persist then he assured me that he will ask their senior to return laptop(even at last when I told him when should I come to return he told me he will tell me in two days about return but he never contacted me and not picking up phone afterwards), I did that then there was still problem and I have contacted them again then they were not picking up the phone.
He also told me that I will get 1yr initial warranty on this laptop when I contacted dell they told me they have told me wrong about it, it is only 5months. then again I contacted dealer but he was not picking up phone so contacted the Sargam customer care they gave me the store manager no. then I contacted him, he gave me store head no. when I talked about my problem he told me they will not return the laptop even when I told them that I will buy a costly one, because this one is not of my use as per my requirement which I had cleared very well to the dealer before buying this and dealer assured me that there will be no problem(you can play any game and can do work smoothly) but it was not like that when I checked it was even stand at average expectation. Lagging while playing the small games like Need for Speed Most wanted and lagging even while working on Microsoft office and other normal works,
they also told me that the battery backup is minimum 3hrs but it hardly go above 1.5 hrs when I contacted regarding this they told me its not our problem.
they have asked for Invoice of laptop for providing me promised warranty, I have mailed them that on their email and they have told me it will be done in 2 days but today is 5th day and it is still 5 months.
Kindly help me. it was like they have looted my 37500/-(including my day expenses) and excluding my day expenses 37000/-.
I need refund.
