Sargam Electronics — Voltas air conditioner | |||
I have purchased a 1.5 ton ac from sargam (Rohini) on dated 11-09-16, vide bill no. Srj-09126, and i complained at voltas customer care, many times about ac.. Detail of complaint First complaint vide comp. No [protected] regarding broken grill. Second complaint vide comp no. [protected] regarding noise and switch off Third complaint vide comp. No. [protected] regarding broken grill, noise, and switiching off.. And now all complaint are not resolved... And your engineer also visit my home again and again and he is already changed the pc of the ac... But there is no use... And on today i. E. 02-05-17... My ac is not on... Kindly view this matter urgent, otherwise i have no option and i will file legal case against voltas limited and sargam electronics (Rohini branch) Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought a new LG refrigerator from sargam electronics Lajpat Nagar . Refrigerator's legs are missing .It can't stay in balance. I used to call them many times but no response .my invoice no is GST-SLAJ3-5033
I purchased L.G washing machine in sargam electronics on 01.11.2017 . It's model no. is F4J7THP2S. And while purchasing I was told that 2+1 year is on guarantee and 10 years guarantee for motor but now they are saying that only 2 year guarantee is available and 10 year guarantee for motor. Please help me.
