Sarvana Furniture — Damaged Rack-MDF 5-3 Door supplied for the BIll No : 00008 | |||
We purchased the Marriage Cot, bed pillow and Rack-MDF 5-3Door for presenting to the grooms house, from the bride side, from Super saravana stores (Furniture and home appliances) Chromepet, dated 17/6/2021 for the amount of Rs. 30, 559/- with the Bill no : 00008, of which the rack price is Rs 9663/-. But they have delivered the damaged Rack with patches, streaks, fungus in door and non-working lock. In spite of complaining on telephone no.[protected] for more than one week, they told that their person will go to the spot for inspection. But after 1 week the inspection person went and removed the lock from the rack saying that there is not guarantee for the lock and asked extra money for that. But we strictly requested for replacement of damaged rack since we have paid the full money for the new one and not for the damaged rack. We spoke to the Manager Arumugam having a phone number of [protected]. But each day he used to say I would talk with higher level manager and let you provide a new rack, but so far no solution has been provided. Since we bought this product for the auspicious Marriage purpose from a well known Super saravana stores, we didn't expect this type of poor service of delivering damaged product from them, which we find to be inauspicious. The damaged rack has been replaced, with the new one dated 6-7-2021, at 5 p.m. But the Manager Sowmiya collected extra transportation cost of Rs 800 from us, inspite of their own mistake.
