Sarvshiksha Solutions Llp — mis-selling of product & not refunding amount

BELOW DETAILED EMAIL SENT TO SARVSHISHA SOLUTION LLP on 18/09/19 and then re-send on 24/09/19 at [protected]@sarvshikshasolutions.com and their official are that they will resolve problem but not giving any written confirmation and earlier date given by them is 21/09/19 and when I again send email / called them then they given new date 04/10/19.

Dear Pratiksha/ Namrata Mam,

With reference to telephonic discussions and message shared by you over WhatsApp on 08/08/19 on mobile no. [protected] regarding EDUCATIONAL KIT worth of Rs. 14, 999/- and offered price of KIT is Rs. 12, 000/- from CLASS 1st to 12th Standard per child.

You have committed that following benefits / product will be offered once full payment of Rs. 12, 000/- will be done:-

1. Pen Drive with pre-loaded contents of all subjects i.e. Maths, English, EVS and Hindi applicable for class 5th of CBSE BOARD and more specifically applicable at BHARATIYA VIDYA BHAVAN, Trimurti Nagar, Nagpur.
2. DVD will be provided for all other subjects (like Sanskrit, Computer, GK etc) in addition to other DVD on extra activities.
3. 40% Cash back offer is available if full payment made through online mode and Cash Back will be credited directly to bank account within 3 working days from receipt of products on sharing of ORIGINAL COPY OF TAX INVOICE over WhatsApp without any condition.
4. Every year renewal charges of Rs. 150/- will be charged for subsequent Pen-drive and DVD for class 6th to 12th.
5. Scholarship will be available based on Marksheet percentage amounting to Rs. 20, 000/- to Rs. 1 Lakh.
6. 25 Days (free look in period) return policy from the delivery date.

Accordingly I have made payment on 6th of Spe-19 through link provided over SMS on Mobile No. [protected] by Sarvashiksha Solutions LLP and shared successful payment receipt on same day with you and Namrata Desai.

Product delivered on 13/09/19 at 16:53 .

On review of product we have noticed that PEN DRIVE is just having content of Maths, Science and only 1 DVD on BEAUTIFUL EARTH as against commitment mentioned above.

Further I have shared ORIGINAL TAX INVOICE No. Retail01118 dated 06/09/19 to you and Madam Namrata on 14/09/19 and copy of mark-sheet, School Id, Aadhaar Card of my son Vedant Maheshwari to Namrata Madam on 07/09/19.

I have received call on 16/09/19 from Scholarship department of Sarvashiksha Solutions LLP that scholarship in name of Vedant is approved around Rs. 38, 000/- for which I have pay Rs. 10, 000/- upfront along with complete details on bank in which I would like to receive scholarship amount which I have denied I pay any further amount as it is not mentioned at initial stage of product selling conversation / message sent.

I would like to exercise FREE LOOK IN PERIOD return policy option and request you to arrange refund of Rs. 12, 000/- paid by me through google pay UPI on 06/09/19 due to following reasons :
1. I have not received software content of all subjects of 5th Standard of CBSE as committed till writing this mail.
2. I have not received cash back of Rs. 4800/- as committed till time.
3. Company is asking further payment of Rs. 10, 000/- or Rs. 5200/- after adjusting cash back to get scholarship of Rs. 38, 000/- approx. which is not mentioned during sale of products.

Overall it is treated MIS-SELLING of product and would request you to proceed for refund process of Rs. 12, 000/- paid by undersigned on 06/09/19.
