I did the spice jet flight booking from mumbai to visakhapatnam. I paid the money and got the seat booked also. But now on the day of my journey my pnr is still in pending status. I was not allowed by airlines to board and i tried to call customer care of sastiticket.com. They did not lift the call anytime.
