Dear Sir,
I booked my flight through your website ( https://www.sastiticket.com/nav/retrieve_cart/PRL0BW6SCIR/book_profile_status/ss...⇄ ) but the flight got cancelled by go first (PNR NO-ZEHQJK) and I never received the refund although the airline is saying they refunded the amount.This is big fraud
