Reliance Communications Limited — Not reponding to request | |||
I am residing at Gurgaon. My Reliance Big TV Smart Card No. is:[protected]. I have raised a request on 27th September 2013, FRIDAY for re-installation setup. I have been told that within 48 hours, the issue will be resolved. I have been contacting them from 29th September, 2013, SUNDAY for the update. But the customer care is always giving bluff that our technician will contact you. But till date none of their technicians contacted me. I have raised many complaints after Sunday and even talked to their Senior Officer but no progress is made. Kindly look into the matter and try to resolve the issue as I am faded now calling their customer care daily from Sunday itself as it is mentally harassing me.
