I had bought an voltas ac split 1.5 ton on monday 13 may at palayamkottai branch. Your service person confirmed that it will be installed on tuesday. But there is no response until now. I called your shop and they didn't give any response but only delay. We have bought ac after payment and still not using it due to your irresponsiblity. I need immediate installation at my home. If you don't install tomorrow 16 may, i will return the ac and provide me the full amount. Confirm the installation immediately.
