[Resolved]  Sathya Agencies — customer service is very worst..

My name is dhanasekar. I have ordered an haier ac in sathya agencies, t. Nagar on 2nd october. But still product is not yet delivered and the customer support saying unwanted reasons. Now after pooja holidays only, they are ready to deliver and install it. Very worst service... They took one week for delivery and everything.. I never seen a customer service like this..

Purchase a sumsung fridge Rs50000 from you on 13.10.2018. By using Bajaj EMI card I have got additional one year guarantee from Bajaj but sumsung service man not considered about additional guarantee now is not working totally I didn't want this type of fridge because using only one year but not working totally please exchange the fridge
