I bought a redmi 43" tv on sathya agencies (Salem meyyanur branch). We bought it on august 2nd. Now its august 10th and still they did not come for installation. If we contact them they are not responding properly. They say that they will call back in 10 mins but they never do so. We went to the shop on aug 8th and complained. I bought haier fridge on villiwakkam sathya showroom on 27.4.19.
They offer me one 3 liter cooker.
But still now they didnt give me the cooker.

They didnt respect me
Particullarly manager didnt respect me.
They treat very worst.

We had purchased lg refrigerator a week before.. The show piece have little damages so we ask the retailer and they convey us one more piece is available in their store house so we piad for the product but it couldn't deliver yet.. I have purchased Voltas 1.5 ton AC from Sathya Agencies on 5th May 2019 in Guduvanchery(Address: No.5, GST Rd, Near EB Bus Stop, Guduvanchery, Tamil Nadu 603202).
