I purchased new washing machine (Samsung) on last saturday from sathya agencies karaikudi. At the time demonstration itself, it was found that it is defective one. The agencies promised me to replace with a new piece. But nearly one week over, there is no any response from agency. Next step to file a suit against sathya agencies. My contact number [protected].

      Tv purchased on 12th feb 2019. Majic remote curser and wifi not working, from the in station on wards any one of the problem is with the tv, two times tv factory reset done by the service person even october month service person changed the card. But today same issue repeats, kindly change the tv, i doubt about the product is not good. Need solution for this.

        I had bought lot of items from sathya store everything was fine. But the store in thiruvallur is involving in some kind of cheating. They don't give the correct gift for the products. No matter what ever the amount we purchase they are giving only buckets worth of 200 rs and selling the real gift products outside. If i buy the same product in other sathya stores the gifts i receive are satisfactory. The people in that store are involved in the cheating activity and sell the gift products outside. They don't give the actual product which store gives instead they give buckets. I request that sathya store management

          I have bought whirlpool 200l ice magic fridge october 2019. We saw the same fridge in the showroom in proper condition. But the delivered piece has wires loosely left near the milk trey. We raised complaint regarding that to both sathya agency arani and whirlpool.in sathya agency they are telling it's not defect due to transportation it happened. When we talk to the technician he is also telling the same and talking too much. Very bad service. Please don't buy any products in sathya and whirlpool branded items. Worst company i have ever seen. We had bought many items in sathya. But now we feel really bad about that.

              I purchased sony led tv, whirlpool fridge, whirlpool washing machine, butterfly grinder on 21.6.2019 on sathya agencies 100feet road, coimbatore bill no [protected]. They told they offer gift item of 6 pcs modular container set during door delivery... At that time of delivery they told gift item not available we will provide u next week.. Almost 4 months over every time we asked about the gift they are telling still not available next week next week... They gave bill for that gift item too.. If they r not willing to give gift y they are saying us like this.. We recommended sathya to my friend they purchased goodrej fridge and sony led tv on the same day for them also they failed to provide complementary.. Today we called and enquired still they telling next week.

              I am not satisfied with your service. I have booked whirlpool washing machine on 25.11.2019 on Monday I have booked at 1:30PM with ready cash and one of your sales executive told that you washing machine will delivery on 26.11.2019 by 3:00PM now the date is 27.11.2019 8:50PM. More over 3days completed but till now I have not received my washing machine.. NOTE : From the showroom till my home only 15 kms only .first and last here after I will not buy any products from sathya electronics and appliances at 100feet road gandhipuram coimbatore. I will not recommend to my friends. WORST DELIVERY

                Please provide a valid information to the customer don't delay the service to fix it.
                I ordered a IFB washing machine in Sathya Agencies on 26/10/2019 but still they not delivery my order till date 8/11/2019, simply answering stock not available . I not totally hot cheated & disappointed on deepavali, please take action for their careless & casual dealing business. Almost 3 weeks cheating a customer, please take serious action.
                On/Off knob not works properly (Spring force not active) at left side.

                  This is irshath ahamed, received call from satya agent on 22 october, they have convinced me to buy gps device in same day - i have paid 3500, before payment i used to receive call from agent, after that they are not picking my call, i kept calling their number but. No response yet, i felt like am being cheated by this guys by the name of sathya. Could you please look in to this and resolve my concerns.

                    We had booked whirlpool washing mashine from sathya agencies - ooty branch.. Fully paid. Product was promised to be delivered max within 25.10.2019.. Past 3 days i have been calling the branch. Each time they told me product will be delivered within afternoon, within evening. But till now not delivered.

                    After that no one is picking up the call.

                    Night after 9.30. P. M. I got call from showroom saying that shall they deliver the product now.

                    I asked about installation. They said on monday 28.10.2019. I told i am not availabe, so deliver and install it today itself 26.10.2019.

                    Showroom person told they will call and confirm.

                    Again no response from the showroom.

                    I am really frustrated and past three days was annoying.

                    I even told them if not possible return the money.

                    They totally made bluffed and my works went for a waste past three days.

                    I even told them i will not be available from sunday and requested to do it before that.

                    But till now not delivered.

                    Disgusting service and they are looting the customer, no response, and my problem was taken for granted.

                    Action should be taken and no customer should suffer like me, that too at the festival time.

                    It is very pity that i have paid the entire money and till now i don't know when the product will be delivered.

                    They showroom should be penalised.

                        I've ordered wet grinder on last sat (19/10/2019). They told that free delivery not available, you have to come and get the product in store once we received new piece. I've requested not to deliver demo piece but they erased 'press' print on the grinder & done free delivered to home. I have chosen the tv and i have asked about discount the salesman is not given proper respon and he didn't give proper answer. This is my third protect in sathya agencie with in one month. And they salesman is not giving proper response for the customer and i have taken a shrap 32inch tv in rajapalayam and last 5/10/2019 i have taken sony tv in neyveli sathiya they given the proper responce for the customer but today i have gone to rajapalayam sathiya the salesman is not given a proper response and his beehiver is not satisfied

                            Have ordered godrej rd eduo 270 tdi 4.2 prism blue and v guard stabilizer through sathya online on 01/10/2019. Received items on 05/10/2019. Received fridge has some damages in bottom corner of the door and backside also and stabilizer also has some issue. Need replacement on those items without any damages and i ordered from bangalore. So, instead of getting the product again from online, wish to get it from hosur branch showroom.

                              I am dr. J. John arul singh residing in a village named moolachel near thuckalay at kanyakumari district and working as an asst professor in niche a deemed university in kumaracoil near thuckalay.
                              Exactly 1 month before on[protected] myself visited this shop sathya agencies at thuckalay (Ph no [protected], [protected]).

                              On that day i purchased a samsung washing machine and a stand of total bill rs 16286.

                              But when i swiped my wife dr. Bebin sinia's atm card, shop employers debited rs 16950.

                              After some time i noticed it and asked for the money[protected]=664 back. They said this and that and refused to give back money.
                              When i argued politely at last an worker named mr. Merin gave his cell no [protected], and [protected] and said i will call u and give the money back.
                              I have attached both bill and atm card debit customer copy. Please go through it.

                              Today[protected] exactly 1 month passed haven't got my money back yet. I searched and find this place and made this complaint.

                              My questions
                              1. Why r u taking rs 664 more on a bill of rs16286?
                              2. Why can't u settle it till now.

                              Haven't expected such insults in my home town.

                              Better to settle back balance as soon as possible. Listen business men's we professionals in other field have to spend our times on our professional work and not to spend time in typing complaints for getting back balance from such cheats.

                              After complaint registered on 30-9-19 the next day today 1-10-19 around 7 pm said worker Merin from Sathya Thuckalay branch come to my home with money and get signed in a voucher. Thus my balance settled. Thanks for the whomsoever taken necessary steps to resolve issue

                                I had purchased samsung washing machine 6.2kg at sathya agencies salem on 24.09.2019 (Tuesday). But, he delivered me that product with mismatched serial number. I requested to that shop agm for change the product with proper serial number and also he accepted to change the product but still now no response to me. He said repeatedly i delivered today today today but still now product is not delivered. I totally unsatisfied with your showroom hereafter i won't suggest your showroom to anyone thanks a lot.

                                  I purchased the Videocon 50inch Led tv (Model No: DDBTVVKV50FH18XAH, at Rs.49, 000) on 27th Oct 2016 with 5 years of warranty + 2 years Bajaj finserv extended warranty (at Rs.5600) in Sathya, Pondicherry. I attached the bill copy for your reference.

                                  Now, All of the HDMI port was stopped working on the TV. I was informed to Sathya showroom in Pondicherry around one month ago and also made a daily follow up and still, it was not resolved yet.

                                  I need it to be repaired asap.

While lighting the burner it's got fired in the on off regulator also. I think there's a leakage in the stove gas pipeline. Need the replacement for the same.                                         I bought an lg washing machine on 2017and got warranty for two years and they insisted me to get extended warranty for additional rs 6600 to pay to bajaj and got extended warranty services. Now my washing machine got repair and i checked with lg service centre, they said lg warranty over. Then i went to sathya agencies puducherry and complained about the issue for the past two weeks, there no proper response or support from the staffs. They are cheaters and song trust sathya agencies.
