Sathya Agencies — Daikin AC not delivered after 2 weeks of payment | |
Dear sathya customer complaint team, We have purchased a Daikin 1.5 ton inverter AC(JTKJ50TV16U) in Sathya agencies tuticorin on 5/10/2021 with full payment.The product delivered was defective after installation and they agreed to take it back and replace it with a new one.But now they come up saying that they don't have a stock of that particular model and force us to choose another model.This is too irritating and we are not ready to do that.Please address this concern as quick as possible and provide us the model we opted, if you are not able to do so please return us back our money.we are not happy with kind of approach from such a highly esteemed agency.
