I had purchased onida ac un tirunelveli sathya agencies six month before. Im requesting for ac service by calling ur customer care number, no body responds. The customer service agent keep on saying he will contact me in 30 min but never called me. This is very disappointing and poor customer service i have come across. We are ordered Whilrpool washing machine to Sathya agencies on 7th August16 @ Trande center. They were agreed to deliever the washing machine on 10th of Aug. But till date it was delivered by Sathya agencies. While cantacting the Sathya Agency - Thiruvanmuyur, they never pick the phone calls. We are very upset for this. Pl resolve.
