Sathya Agencies — I'm complaining about the Whirlpool washing machine | |||
We have bought whirlpool washing machine bloom 360 at Sathya agencies Medavakkam on May, 2021. It was a day before lockdown. Next day, when we put clothes for washing it starts vibrating violently and was about to fall down. Whirlpool technician guy (from Camproad branch chennai) visits our house and just shown the demo of violent vibration and abnormal movement. He just explained like this model itself a failure one and many customers are facing this same issues. Due to lockdown we couldn't reach Sathya agencies directly. Now it was period of 3 months and when we asked for exchange of another model or another previous model of machine they are not accepting and blaming us like "we have intension to change the machine, so we are cheating them".. im uploading the bill, photos and videos below.
