Hi, I buy a mobile in Sathya showroom, with a accident damage policy in bajaj insurance. My mobile was accidental broken so I claimed for a policy. I received a claim amount but they didn't giving my mobile for repair. I asked for proof was my mobile what happened they didn't giving a proper response. Please make it as possible reason.
