Dear sir,

I have ordered an intex 40” led tv on 31-aug-2019 and same received on 05-sep-2019 and installed on 06-sep-2019.

I have identified the two quality issues on tv.
1. Tv buttons (Power, volume, menu) not working and not in position.
2. 20mm air bubbles on the screen.
3. Tv display having lot of scratches
