Tv is working fine but remote not working properly made complaint several time no response from ur end. Kindly resolve this issue asap. Either change the remote are tack back ur tv we won't wait until remote gets. Hope understand stand the situation how tv will work without remote should have sense how should take responsibility of customer support.
