We purchased samsung ac in sathya agencies tambaram on sunday. They mentioned product will be delivered by monday or tuesday. Its been wednesday we still haven't received the product also tried contacting the sales person regarding delivery but not picking the call. Would like to know how to proceed with this issue.. We have already made full payment.. Is it possible to cancel the purchase and get amount refunded as i am really disappointed with them.? Was this information helpful? | |||
