Sathya Agencies — Retail electronics selling-defective products-Refrigerated

I bought a brand new whirlpool refrigerator from Sathya electronics Olin oct 2019..in 6 months time there was cooling issue i complaint and service ppl came and said gas was empty and they refilled the gas.again in one year now I’m facing same issue and the service provider and agencies saying I need to pay for refilling the gas..it was whole defected product and now I need to do the service from my own pocket as warranty is over. There is no proper response from both the sides. I spent 28k for fridge and have to spent 1500 bugs every year for service which the fridge shud work for decades without any trouble..I need to file a compliant on both the parties
