I bought a washing machine on 25.09.2016 at Satya Agency in Kovilpatti... On 12.07.2021 there was an error PR in the washing machine. Then I called Satya Agency and asked them to service my washing machine. But Satya Agency worker has provided us with substandard local company service without destroying the service of Videocon company. That local corporate service person cheated us and got more money and left to repair our washing machine as well. Thus the Satya Agency in Kovilpatti has made me very depressed. I ask Satya Agency to take up my complaint and provide a good quality service to my washing machine and repair my washing machine asap...
