Sathya Agencies — Symphony Air cooler sumo jr/ Rotten egg smell | |||
Dear team, I bought symphony air cooler on 27th APRIL 2021 from Sathya agencies Nagercoil (court road). Rotten egg smell is coming while operating. I can’t able to sleep because of that smell. I called for service team, they came and checked, again the same smell continues. Service team told to clean the filter. I tried that too but no improvement. I raised the issue two months ago but Satya Nagercoil had a worst customer support, they didn’t reply properly with a correct solution. I didn’t used the air cooler properly even for one month.
