[Resolved] Sathya Agencies — washing machine installation delay | |||
I got an ifb washing machine on 7/10/2017 from sathya agencies, omr. Its one week and no one came for installation. I have made 15-20 calls requesting them to send person for installation but they only say we are checking, we will send... And nothing till now. 1. My first question, why did your salesperson tell that they are going to get it installed next day, when they can't keep their commitment. 2. Do you guys expect that after purchasing washing machine, i am going to keep it boxed before using? It's pretty frustrating on the part of the customer and personally speaking i am going to advise my friends and colleagues to buy from sathya omr, because after purchase service is pathetic. Final advice, if customer can make you king, they can kick you out as well. There are lot of your other competitors in market who get better service than you. Was this information helpful? | |||
