Sathya Agencies — Washing machine Model issue | |||
December 1st we ordered whirlpool washing machine 7.5 kg bloom wash in Medavakkam branch. While explaining they mention the model has heater option. But they supplied without heater option. Then enquired they told whirlpool now stopped heater option in washing machine, then I checked Sathiya online shopping I observed heater model is available. Then I checked with Branch, they told now stock not available in whirlpool. I am not happy with their response. I asked them to exchange and give heater model, but they are not responding. My first experience in sathya is very bad. I hope this complaint team will solve my issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
