Sathya Agencies — Water heater - heat flow not satisfied | |||
I was procured last week haier water heater from urappakkam sathya agencies. while discussing with sales man Mr.Rajasekar not explaining the product specification clearly. after install the water heater we have identified some issues from regular water heater, then he explain it was instant water heater design. Haier technician should explain to customer all the product specification, formally should not sale product intentionally. i'm not satisfied their service and product. I'm requesting to M/s. sathya agencies to replace with higher capacity water heater 10L they were refused. Was this information helpful? | |||
