Satyam Indane Services, Naihati, Code No.99198362 / Gas — Forcefully providing LPG pipe without receipt

Satyam Indane Gas service is providing LPG pipe forcefully without receipt . It is not acceptable. Accorindly I need my money back . Other wise I will log complain to consumer forum .

If this is under policy I need the policy paper .Also without receipt how service provider selling the same
