I am Chaitali Chatterjee as per my voter id card which had been recorded before my marriage and now I am Chaitali Banerjee since 2005. I do not reside at National park, Naihati since then and I do not require any gas service from Satyam Indane Service, Naihati.
My credentials may have been used fraudulently to create the consumer id as [protected], delivery address being at National Park, Naihati.
I want to terminate this id as it is being misused in my name and I have no requirement of gas service at Naihati.
If this is not terminated by Satyam Indane Service, Naihati, I would be compelled to lodge a complaint against Satyam Indane Service, Naihati.
