Dear Sir, I am a regular consumer of M/s, Satyam Indane Service, 93, Jan Md. Road, Shop No.5, Naihati, North 24-Parganas, Pin Code-743165, West Bengal and having my consumer No-NH07660. I was booked for gas cylinder through on line booking system on 03.12.2014 with having a reference no : 737567 but the same has not been delivered till date physically but your online booking system says that cylinder was delivered on 26/12/2014. Personally, self was visited to your office on 30.12.2014 and given an assurance by your office staff (Madam) for deliver the cylinder within two to three days but haven't received the cylinder till date. Had given a several phone call over telephone number[protected] and 3781 from last week but no one get bother to attend the call about to know the delivery status my consumer no : 07660 for deliver the gas cylinder which was booked by self on 03/12/2014 and having an online reference number 737567 and physically was received by us but online booking system shows that cylinder was deliver on 26/12/20104.
