[Resolved] Savethedeals.in — Fraud Savethedeals Scammed Rs.1730/- in my Account | |||
Here I am explaining the process as I followed, I have seen e-mail of savethedeals.in . It has been displayed 6 movie ticket only 50rs. I clicked on link, then I entered the credit card details only, I haven't enter any OTP or any 3d secure pin but my amount deducted Rs1730 from my account. I didn't got any details of transacting amount Rs1730 or completion of transaction, and after some time i recieved a text msg that the amount got deducted. i tried to call up my credit card company and they firstly told me to block that transaction and after sometime they told me that they can't block that transaction and they told me i have to pay that amount and i shouted on them then they said you have to make a dispute against them once the merchant claims the money i have to send them the scanned copy of that scanned form along with that i have to attach an FIR for the same. I send many emails on their support email but no one replies to my emails. I checked out the details fo the owner here is the details Name on which domain is Registered:- David Parra Registrant Name:David Parra Registrant Organization:Eviano Digital Registrant State/Province:Barcelona Registrant Email:[protected]@eviano-digital.es Registrant Phone:+34.[protected] Registrant Postal Code:08007 Registrant Country:ES I tried to call up that number and the number is already been disconnected. Aug 14, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved SaveTheDeals.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 18, 2014 n_geetha's response Hi guys, am Priya from chennai.You Please First Unsubscribe within 72 hours. Then one complaint rise about this transaction and keep to wait 10 days, it willbe credited in your account. I have done this way and got money back. anotherway send the mail to continously [protected]@savethedeals.in

Even i got the same mail and clicked the link nd was in the process of completing it and something stuck and googled abt the company for its review and thank god i din go thru the process and in the neck moment i was saved of fraud..

I did a transaction at save my deal today i.e. 12.08.14, I got a mail from save my deals that buy six movie tickets for Rs. 50 neither i got those movie tickets nor their intimation. seen e-mail of savethedeals.in . and with out enetring any OTP or any 3d secure pin but my amount deducted Rs1730 from my account. I didn't got any details of transacting amount Rs1730 or completion of transaction, and after some time i recieved a text msg that the amount got deducted. Please refund my amout other wise ill take a strict action againt your website. I want my money back within 2 days else ill take this case to higher govt authorities.

On 11th Aug 2014 I got a mail from [protected]@yahoo.com Actually it is given in mail that just you pay 50/- and you can you 1700/- in any restaurant not only that the remaining details are not given once i entered my card details without OTP they have charged 1730/- immediately i have unsubscribed that and sent a request mail for refund my amount which they have debited from my account not only that as per RBI guidelines every online transaction should be completed by OTP only there is no such a issue i have observed which will come definitely under CYBER CRIME. hope so you will respond about this issue regarding this i have send many mails but i didn't find any response. Thanks. Please help us.

You all have to do one thing just send them an email on support address that you havent subscribed about this and you don't want to continue the services so please cancel your service and refund me the amount which is alreday done on my card without any OTP or Netsecure Code.
This is a totally fraud transaction so i humbly request you to refund my money as soon as possible other wise i am gonna make a dispute with my bank regarding this transaction and will do a chargeback.
after sending this email you have to wait for few days and you will be recieving an email regarding the refund and cancellation of the service.
I am guiding you all this because i got refund from that guys in just 8 days.
So kindly follow the process and hope you will get your valueable money as soon as possible...

I think parulbhutani786 is a fraud guy and a dummy placed by the website to give good reviews or else how can a transaction without a OTP get cleared? If this was a genuine company then it wud ve followed RBI guidelines.. And Mr.parulbhutani786, i[censored]r genuine enough then kindly share proofs, like sms, ur mail conversation and refund details.. Don misguide the people with wrong information, today people earn money with great difficulty and with lots of tensions and burden in the life... I req others not to follow him and do wat is right as per law or ur bank instructions and not getting misled by cheaters like him...
Same happened to me they charged 1730 rs instead of 50 rs. And i heard they will deduct once again 1730rs after 1 month, once the subscription for 1 month comes to an end. So i requested my bank to cancel my card any how they offered me new one. Looking forward to charge back my amount
Same happen to me also.I have received email from savethedeals.com for 1700 coupons only at 50.00/- RS. I have disputed same to citibank customer care but they had guide me this s customers mistake they can't help. Merchant has did such type of transaction setting and citybank guided me to close debit card and apply new one.
All the things are good but what is the way to give our money back...pls guide me if any one has idea about this. God will never going support this type of fraud people they never happy in their life. As a human being we need to support each other..

Exactly same thing also happened with me today (18-Aug-2014). I wanted to buy offer for movie ticket instead they cheated me by charging for VIP membership. Now i am taking all necessary measures to get money back.
