Customer login is practically difficult. Though log-in thru mobile website is fine, on laptop, it always fails - after keying in the credentials, nothing happens. Any website should at least return an error message, here it is totally silent. Nothing happens!
Today, I tried to log-in to the CRM website to lodge a complaint. Log-in is successful (with registered mobile number), but the display is incomplete, so unable to proceed - clicking next button returns error - select your account number to proceed! But if the accounts are not displayed how can one proceed?
The website/app designers have inserted too many security features making everything difficult here. If you thought of contacting the branch over phone, you are in even difficulties...
