Dear Sir/Madam,

I am filing this official complaint against your recovery department and agent Ashutosh (+[protected] for continuous harassment.

Due to a sudden job loss, I am currently undergoing a severe but temporary financial crisis.

I have no intention of evading my dues; I am simply requesting some breathing space and time until I secure a new job.

Despite explaining my genuine situation, your agent is repeatedly calling and text-harassing me on WhatsApp.

This aggressive behavior and mental harassment are a direct violation of the RBI’s Fair Practices Code for Lenders.

Under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution, I have the fundamental right to live with dignity despite a financial default.

I request your immediate intervention to stop this unauthorized harassment and grant me the necessary time to stabilize.

To handle this matter legally, I have officially appointed Advocate Mahesh Chand ([protected]) as my legal representative.

Please instruct your recovery team and agents to immediately cease all direct communication, calls, or messages to me.

Moving forward, kindly direct all legal notices, court communications, or official matters strictly to my appointed lawyer.
