SBI Bank — My FD amount tranfered to some other branch | |||
Hi Team, I have Saving account in SBI, Branch West of chord Road Rajajinagar BangaloreAccount No: [protected], Branch Code : 6497Where in they offered me SBI Advantage plus Credit Card, Its like monthly I need pay above 2000 from my pocket upto one Year, after one Year which I made payment, It will be consider as Fixed Deposit, So They will credit to my saving account with Fixed Deposit Interest amount, So after 1 year I raised request for cancel my SBI Credit card and transfer my FD amount my saving account which is in my branch (6497) through mail and SBI Customer care.So after that each time they are asking time 3-7 working day take request and process, after finally I got a feedback that my amount has transferred to some other branch instead of 6497, it went 497( Kerala) This mistake and data misupdate done by SBI team, related this issue, I asked Solution with the SBi team, even though my branch office peoples are also not supporting anything.from past more than 6 month i am doing follow up with SBi customer care team, they are only giving false assurance, there no good service they are provide, whenever i use to call they repeating same words, like to resolve they need 3-4 working, after when i call, again same wordsI spent lot of my money for calling, time, temper everythingI am financially critical in stage, So I am not able to utilized my own money in my need timeSo please help me out for this I totally fed uop with this SBI TeamRegardsRaghavendra V[protected]vraghav.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
