I am very disappointed with SBI Credit Card judgement. I also unsatisfied with its decision.

I wish to lodge a complaint regarding a major fraud involving my SBI Credit Card.
On 18 May 2026, at around 3:00 PM, I received OTP messages on my registered mobile number. I did not share these OTPs or authorize any transaction. Later, I discovered that four unauthorized transactions of ₹25, 000 each had been carried out on my credit card, resulting in a total fraudulent amount of ₹1, 00, 000.
The transactions were showing as unbilled, and I immediately informed SBI Card customer care and online reported the fraudulent transactions.
I also filed a complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.

On the same day, I immediately reported the matter to SBI Card Customer Care and also filed a complaint on the National Cyber Crime Portal. The transactions were initially put on hold, and I submitted all the documents and information requested by SBI Card during their investigation.
Despite informing the bank that these were fraudulent and unauthorized transactions, SBI Card has now issued me a bill demanding payment of ₹1, 00, 000 and has decided the case against me. I believe this decision is unfair, as I reported the fraud promptly and fully cooperated with the investigation.

I respectfully request you to investigate this matter thoroughly, reverse the fraudulent charges, and provide me with justice. I should not be held liable for transactions that I neither authorized nor benefited from.
In the event that the concerned team fails to resolve this matter satisfactorily, we shall be compelled to seek appropriate legal recourse before the competent court of law to protect our rights and interests
