Sbi cards is charging unneccesary amount and when asking for the details they are not providing any details, customer support executives are calling and talking in abusive manners.
I was given the card saying that this is a lifetime free credit card but every month they are charging huge amount, their managers as well as customer support executives are the worst people.

Because of the wrong info provided by them i am being charged with so much extra money.
Spoken with one manager and he assigned someone named ms. Ankita rawat i explained her the entire scenerio and asked her to waive off the unneccesary interest amount and she said she will get back to me with the solution but didn't recieve any revert.

Beacaue they are not helping me out even after making so many calls and after sending emails to them hence i m not going to make any single rupee payment and this is not only happening with me the same thing has been happened with other people's too.

I will recommend all the people's out there pls pls do not use sbi credit cards never use them.

I am using axis bank credit card as well and i am very much satisfied with their services.
