Sbi Cards And Payment Services Pvt Ltd — sbi credit card fraud transaction

Dear sir i have 1 sbi credit card no. [protected] which i dont know how but some one misused it on 15/10/2017 for rs. 58, 800/- with 07 different transactions at a same time, i have lodge a complaint in west bengal uttarpara police station vide fir no. 910/17 dtd 03.11.17, bank is continuously chasing me for payment but i did not spent even a single rupees, then how could i make the payment of such huge amount, please look out the matter and help me out with this, they have sent me a legal notice also and making me afraid for giving court notice
