[Resolved] SBI — Complaining about the very rude and arrogant behaviour of the agent | |||
Hello I don't know who is going to read this and i know how good you guys are when it comes to a complain more than 9000 complain and not even 900 been resolved shame on you guys i have no faith that you can do something on my complain but on a serious note I am a customer with you guys holding a sbi credit card it's like a baddest thing that i can ever have i never knew that you as a bank is this bad when it comes to customer satisfaction or handing customer service where as a bank you don't even have a customer service team anywhere even if you have nobody can ever talk to them Now my date of birth is 26/02/90 My contact no. [protected] My name - satya prakash As i told you i have a credit card of your bank From last 16 months i was happily y using your card till the time i was doing everything online the moment i need customer service you guys was not there i am now going through hardship don't have money to pay my bill which i use to pay it on time sometime late i agree but was paying good using your card good from last two months i am not able to pay my bills because i don't have money. If i don't have money so it's a law you can't kill me for money can't force me or you can't insult about that your agent called up telling me about my card pending outstanding balance i told him (Rahul) that i dont have money cant pay it now as soon as i get my money i ll pay the complete amount he was so damn rude telling me i know defaulters like you and at your age what boys do he was specific with my age 26 like Telling me i am not some companies ceo and what not he told me then i believe you guys must be providing your bloody cards to ceos only and then why the hell your agents was begging me calling in front of me 16 months ago to take your bloody card. You cant even understand what i am going through after what all he told me. I think thats the only reason you guys have only 2% of cust satifaction and i really wonder hows that. And now i just wanted to know how are you going to resolve this one how and i am not gonna pay a single ruppeee to you till you wont resolve or respond to my complain.
