SBI Credit Card — hacking of my credit card

I am a senior citizen aged 67 and a retd prog exe akashavani. I had a sbi credit card. It was hacked in milan on 9/5/2019 for rs 25249.89 without my knowledge. Neither i have gone and ate at just eat in, nor i have recd any otp, nor i have shared otp with any one.3/4 efforts have failed and all these messages were recd by me late. Immediately i have informed customer carethrough phone and through mail. I have complained at sbi yadavagiri branch and as per their suggestion i went to credit card section office at mysore. I have sent dispute claim through them on 21/5/2019/i have complained to cyber section of polce at asokapuram police station mysore. I have not recd mu amoun back. Recently i have read a grahak court decision that hacking is responsibility of bank and not consumer. But credit card section has harassed me through 8 calls from 8 staff of sbi to make full payment. Otherwiose interest will be charged for the entire amount including hacked amount. I have sent several mails. Customer care was not available due to heavy rains. My request to get me back the hacked amount has not been solved till today. Credit card statement shows hacked amount and late fee for total amouni had requested to keep away hacked amount with out interest till dispute is solved and my hacked amount is returned to me as this is not my mistake at all. Credit card section office at mysore gave a lame excuse that i must have done this purchase or i must have shared otp which is non sense as i am an educated person. This careless behaviour of a big state bank of india which should be more careful and take strong steps to avoid such frauds. Instead of that harassing a senior citizen through continuous calls is very rude and careless irresponsible banking, in this era of modijisdigital india kindly get me justice
