Sbi Epay — Not getting a payment confirmation receipt

I made a payment of my college fees on SBI ePay portal on 26 December, 2024. The payment was made through UPI. After validating my UPI Id, my UPI app prompted me to make a payment for the desired receiver of the amount and the payment completed successfully and the UPI transaction details were provided to me. However, while the page was loading a timer was running after the transaction was made and I mistakenly pressed the back button on my browser due to which the payment confirmation document was not generated. This document is very much needed at my Institution for my semester registration. As the document wasnt generated I have no hold of the Merchant Reference Number which is crucial to get the document re-generated. I have contacted sbiepay through email and provided all of my UPI transaction details but they couldnt provide a usefull solution to this. I contacted my issuing bank also but they also couldnt help me. I am very much in need of this document. Please provide me a solution.
