Complaint Not getting SBI Life Insurance Swadhan Policy Number,
Policy Bond and Premium Receipt

Dear sir, I have one policy of SBI Life swadhan insurance scheme
through State Bank of India Branch-.No12322, Shahjadpur Akbarpur
ambedkar nagar uttar pradesh 224238 Later I transferred my account to
shahjadpur Akbarpur ambedkar nagar uttar pradesh 224238 This Policy
premium deducted by ECS, My SBI Bank SB Account No: [protected]. for
continous from 2011 to every year Premium Amount Rs.523/-Direct
Deducted. But i have not received the Policy Number, Policy Bond and
Premium Receipt till today. so i request you to send it as soon as
possible to my address as well as to my email... Recent deduction:
