SBI — New Account

Address:Bilaspur Main Branch (336)

I have opened a new account in SBI ( account number is [protected]) and
I am not able to transfer funds from my account to any other account, it gives error CIF not scrutinized by LCPC.

From last 5 months I have made at least 10 requests to the branch but they are not solving the issue.

I have even registered the complaint online and they resolved the issue without checking with me.

Not sure how to take out money now.

Actually my home branch says they have done it but when I do the transaction it still shows me the same error.
Also why this consumercomplaints forum has marked it as resolved when it is still not resolved ?
