Sbi-royal Sundaram — insurance premium debited without consent

I have opted for royal sundaram healthcare once i got new sbi credit card. you have deducted 7700 rupees without my consent from my sbi credit card.i didnt even get papers and didnt have any kind of agreement or approval on this

I got msg "Transaction of Rs.7, 743.16 made on SBI Credit Card XXaaaa without effecting add'nl factor of authentication mandated by RBI, at ROYAL SUNDARAM ALLIANC on 26 Nov 19 ."
