[Resolved] Sbi-royal Sundaram — debited insurance premium without consent | |
First of all, never apply for sbi credit card through any tie up offers (Bigbazaar etc). Am not sure if the treatment would be any better if you apply directly also. "transaction of rs.496 made on sbi credit card xxaaaa without effecting add'nl factor of authentication mandated by rbi, at royal sundaram allianc on xx yyy'18" This is the message. The card holder even went to the level heart attack. With so much faith in a national bank like sbi, he applied for credit card. The result is he is in fatal position now. Sbi gives your crucial info to lot of cheap people once you apply for card with them. Those fellows to something like brothel to live. Swipe money from your credit card account without your consent. That's what happened in this case. Why it's more agonising is because the card holder was repeatedly pestered by royal sundaram to discuss about this insurance policy and card holder clearly stated to give call back and never gave consent.
